What are you doing post-graduation?
Post-graduation, I will join Eli Lilly as a Market Access Associate. I’m very excited to take on this role especially after gaining first-hand experience during the summer of 2022 as an intern in the same function.
How did Butler support you in finding this job?
Butler does a great job of making sure you’re aware of different career fairs that are happening. This is where I was able to meet many Butler alumni that connected me to great opportunities. The Butler alumni community is very strong and I’m looking forward to becoming a part of it.
How did Butler prepare you for this next chapter in your life?
The Career and Professional Success office served as a great resource throughout my four years at Butler. They helped me build my resume, cover letters, and learn important interviewing skills. Additionally, all the professors in the Healthcare and Business program ensured I was able to blend all my healthcare industry and business core education.
What are your long-term career goals?
Long-term I would love to work in a different country. I would also love to help support young diverse students and serve as a resource for their career goals.
What are you going to miss most about your time at Butler?
I’m going to miss seeing my friends every day in class or outside of class, especially during spontaneous activities.
What advice would you give a first-year student as you reflect on your time at Butler?
Take advantage of every opportunity Butler offers you, no matter how small. Take the opportunity to build connections—they will help you in the long run.
