How would you describe what you do at Butler?
I am an HR Business Partner serving six areas (divisions, depts, colleges) across the University.

What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is the awesome partnerships I have developed with each of my areas. I love venturing across campus to visit my clients and help them with whatever they need.

Share one thing that you are most proud of that you have accomplished here?
I am proud to be a reliable HR professional within the Butler community. My teams know I am accessible, responsive, and that I get things done.

What inspires you the most about working at Butler?
I am inspired by the Butler mission and know I can really make a difference. I am also inspired by the many people who have worked at Butler for decades and love what they do.

What is the best advice you can give someone who wants to work at Butler?
Don’t give up if you don’t find an opportunity on the first try. Networking and volunteering can also help build connections.
