How would you describe what you do at Butler?
I work with great colleagues and an outstanding staff team to help our students succeed by focusing on the whole student.

What is the best part of your job?
The one-on-one conversations I am privileged to have with both the staff and students in the Student Success Center. I love to hear about their experiences no matter how big or small they may be.

Share one thing that you are most proud of that you have accomplished here?
I am most proud of the environment and staff team I have been able to create and foster within the Student Success Center.

What inspires you the most about working at Butler?
The campus as a whole inspires me. It is truly a special place and to be a member of its community is an honor.

What is the best advice you can give someone who wants to work at Butler?
Simply do it! You will not regret it. Seriously though, be sure to get to know the people of Butler University as you go through the process of becoming a Bulldog.
