Reflecting on her Butler experience, Quinn Shanahan encourages new Bulldogs to trust their instincts and try new things. She is thankful for the Lacy School of Business’s flexibility, allowing her to identify her passion for International Business.

As a Lacy School of Business student, Velin Georgiev feels well-equipped for his future, graduating with invaluable hands-on experience. Upon graduation, Velin will travel across the West Coast before joining Eli Lilly & Co. as a Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access (PRA) Associate.

Through Butler’s Washington, DC Learning Semester, students can live, learn, and intern in the nation’s capital. Interning for Cornerstone Government Affairs, a bipartisan consulting firm, Millie Foley ’24 is learning how fiscal policy develops.

Working for the NCAA as the Associate Director of the Office of Legal Affairs, Luke Schultheis ’11 says practicing the ideals of “The Butler Way” has been critical in his career and daily life. He thanks Butler for providing a great foundation for his career in sports law.

Butler’s Honors Program provides unique opportunities, fosters a sense of community, and helps to create lifelong learners. Meet Clifton, a Butler junior and Honors Program student who has taken his educational journey to big places on campus and around the world.

Involved in over seven campus organizations, Eric Bedrosian ’26 says Butler has become his home away from home. He is most excited to share videos of how much being a Bulldog means to him.

Hannah Kelly ’23 says critical thinking was the most helpful skill she gained at Butler. As new tasks and challenges arise in her role at Johnson & Johnson, she is unafraid to ask questions, using the tools, skills, and resources she learned as a student.

When Kelly Schwantes ’21 decided to attend college, she loved the idea of spending four years performing on stage. Butler allowed her the freedom to pursue her love for theatre while exploring her new passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Before becoming a bulldog, Rachel Medina ’25 knew Spain was her dream study abroad destination. Her semester overseas has made her confident in her career choices and even solo traveling!

Hannah Bagoly Linder ’17, a Lead Product Manager at the Walt Disney Company, says Butler’s experiential learning set her up for early success in her career. She now encourages current Bulldogs to intern and connect with alumni as much as possible.
