What led you to Butler?
I immediately connected with the values and the vision of the women’s soccer program. I could see myself growing and becoming a better version of myself on an athletic and academic level. On my official campus visit, I felt at home immediately, confirming my decision to become a bulldog.

What is the best thing about being a member of a women’s sports team?
The best thing about being on a team is the friendships and support system you get. We spend so much time together on and off the field that we become like a family. Especially as a first-year student, it has been helpful to have my teammates around to answer any questions I have.

What is your favorite non-sport student activity?
I love hanging out with friends and doing fun activities such as going to the movies, playing mini-golf, attending sports events, and attending concerts.

Who on campus has inspired you the most and why?
My teammates inspire me the most on campus because they push me daily to become a better soccer player. Our team has many older players, so it’s been really great to learn from their experience and follow their lead.

What is your greatest achievement from your time at Butler?
My greatest achievement so far has been scoring my first goal against Ball State. It was my first collegiate goal, so it was really special. My parents had also traveled from Montreal, Canada, to see me play, so having them in the stands made it even more special.

What do you want to do upon graduation?
I don’t know what I want to do upon graduation, but my dream is to be a professional soccer player. I would love to play in Europe so I could travel around the world. I’m currently majoring in Neuroscience. I want to connect my experience as an athlete with a job in the Neuroscience field.

What words or advice would you give to an incoming Butler student-athlete?
Appreciate all the little moments and believe in yourself. Being a student-athlete is not easy, but if you surround yourself with the right people and trust the process, everything will be fine.
