When Sophomore College of Communication student Katerina Anderson noticed there wasn’t a way to promote local indie artists, she and her friend, Kyndal Sagarsee, created The B-Side radio station to give them the exposure they deserved.

At just 15 years old, sophomore Nathan Marohn underwent seven surgeries for Ulcerative Colitis (UC). These obstacles inspired Nathan to create No Colon Still Rollin, a nonprofit organization advocating and spreading awareness about UC and Crohn’s.
