Over the past several months, the Jordan College of the Arts (JCA) at Butler University has received more than $600,000 in grant funding from foundation partners in support of several of its community arts initiatives.

As the Director of the Center for Faith and Vocation, Daniel Meyers is proud of his work establishing the CFV Interfaith Council. He is constantly inspired by Butler students’ commitment to learning, growing, and understanding others.

Hannah Kelly ’23 says critical thinking was the most helpful skill she gained at Butler. As new tasks and challenges arise in her role at Johnson & Johnson, she is unafraid to ask questions, using the tools, skills, and resources she learned as a student.

Payton Field ’23 says Butler’s internship opportunities and Arts Administration courses helped prepare her for her career at the Cincinnati Ballet. As a Donor Relations Manager, she is fortunate to share her excitement and passion for the arts with donors and patrons.

When Kelly Schwantes ’21 decided to attend college, she loved the idea of spending four years performing on stage. Butler allowed her the freedom to pursue her love for theatre while exploring her new passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
