largest single-day sporting event in the world, there’s lots of content to be shared leading up to the race. Meet the voice behind Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s social channels Zach Horrall ’19. Zach shares how his coursework at Butler helped him hone his writing skills to connect with fans.

You may remember Michael Kalternamrk ’02, ’16 as the OG of our live mascot program. But now as the Senior Director of Marketing for Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Michael shares how Butler inspired him to be a lifelong learner and challenged him to always dream big.

As the former PR rep for Indianapolis 500 Champion Simon Pagenaud, Krystin Wiggs ’09 credits her time at Butler for helping her discover her passion for storytelling.

Meet the man behind the operations of Indianapolis Motor Speedway Doug Boles ’88. He shares how Butler’s location in a large city created year-round opportunities for him while he was a student.

While some of our soon-to-be graduates will leave Butler for new chapters, one will stay. Following graduation, Jordan College of the Arts student Katelyn Soards will work as the Assistant Director of Sponsorships for the Butler Arts and Events Center (BAEC).

With long-term career goals of being a leader in the pharmaceutical space, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences student Amelia Barber will complete a PGY1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency program at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

When College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences student Jassmine Dominguez-Torres worked as an intern with Eli Lilly, she saw a future with the pharmaceutical company. After graduation, Jasmine will stay with Eli Lilly working as a Market Access Associate.

With aspirations of becoming a lawyer, Lacy School of Business student Lauren Hough plans to build her wedding photography business while studying for the LSATs.

Before embarking on her next academic chapter, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences student Tarryn Harris will complete a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. After her adventure, Tarryn will attend the University of Arkansas to pursue a Master of Public Service with the Clinton School.

As a future school counselor, College of Education student Maria Mileti credits her post-graduation success to her professors. Maria shares how they have helped her become more confident in her next chapter of graduate school at UNC.
